Seis universitários coreanos realizaram no dia 3 e 9 de maio evento do Arirang, o primeiro dia voltado para música/dança/canto/instrumentos musicais tradicionais e o segundo dia para a caligrafia.
O Brasil é o 16º país que eles visitaram. Passaram antes por Hong Kong, Índia, Jordão, Egito, Inglaterra, França, Bélgica, Holanda, Alemanha, Espanha. Daqui irão para Argentina, Peru, Bolícia, Chile e Estados Unidos.
